The first Phase with Phoebe
It is expected that we will get Phoebe as the new five-star character, and she is a Rectifier Spectro character for the game. So far, as per the details revealed, she will be a 5-star hero with Rectifier as her weapon in the battles.
With her Confession status, we are going to have Resonance Liberation abilities that can affect enemies with a Spectro Frazzle effect. And then, with her Absolution status, she is going to damage all enemies with a Spectro Frazzle effect.
There will be a Silent Prayer effect allocated for Phoebe’s team when she is casting the Outro skill, which will result in the enemies decreasing their Spectro resistance. This is going to be applied to the enemies who are placed in a certain range. This effect can bring you heavy damage during the effect of Spectro Frazzle last.
New 4 Star Characters - First Phase
Along with Phoebe, it is expected that the Wuthering Waves 2.1 banners will be included with some 4-star supporting characters as well, and we will be having three other characters in the first half as follows.
- A 4-star Electro Broadblade character, Lumi
- A 4-star Aero Pistol character, Aalto
- A 4-star Fusion Pistol character, Chixia
The Second Phase with Brant
The second phase of the Wuthering Waves 2.2 banners will feature the new character Brant. He is a fusion five-star hero and will be wielding a sword. This character is not like Phoebe, as he is capable of buffing his allies as well as healing them. This is one of the most versatile characters that you can go into with your gameplay with the new update, and the best part is that he is capable of providing a decent level of damage, too.
Brant is a hero who can heal all his team members who are the Resonators with the use of his Resonance Liberation. This will activate an Afalme mode, which can enhance the Bravo regeneration of Brant, and there is a special resource that comes with this character, too. That resource can increase the attack he deals with based on his Energy regeneration, and it is originally tied to his forte circuit.
All resonators in Brant’s team can be healed with his special resource at 100, 75, 50 and 25 Bravo, and when the Bravo is in full status, it will bring a special attack with a shield and fusion damage.
New 4 Star Characters - Second Phase
As in Phase 1, phase 2 is also going to feature several four-star characters with different stats.
- A 4-star Havoc Broadbalde, Taoqi
- A 4-star Glacio Gauntlet, Youhu
- A 4-star Fusion Pistol, Mortefi
Wuwa 2.1 Returning Characters
The Shorekeeper is expected to return in the first phase of these banners this time, and Changli will be returning in the Wuthering Waves 2.1 banners. She is going to be specifically featured in phase 2. She was there in version 1.1 of the game, so this time, Changli is coming back to the game as a highly anticipated character.
