Combat Achievements
23) No Worries When It Rains
Complete the Cactus Flower Invitation Rally Commission with an S-Rank rating in all aspects. You can find this commission from the Record Box after completing the latest Phaeton Story's Tour De Inferno. Meet Orchedia at her flower shop in Lumina Square to start the mission. As most other commissions, you need to complete the rally without any squad being defeated.
One thing to note, the achievement wants you to complete BOTH Cactus Flower's Invitation Commissions, as there are part 1 and part 2. Don't worry because once you complete part 1, you will automatically obtain part 2. Check your Schedule for the continuation.
24) Loot Thief
Find all hidden Mini Cargo Trucks in Cactus Flower Invitation. Same as the achievement above, the achievement wants you to collect all Mini Cargo Trucks in both part 1 and part 2. In total, there are 8 Mini Cargo Trucks, 4 from the first part and another 4 from the second part.
25) Not a Single Nap!
Complete all the Investigator Training Courses. This is only available after September 30.
26) United Against a Common Enemy
Accept the combat commission from Obsidian Division and complete Opposing the Hollow I and Opposing the Hollow II. A quick reminder that these 2 commissions are already in the game during version 1.1, and you can get this after completing the Special Episode: Undercover R&B. If you already complete the commissions, then this achievement should already be automatically obtained.
27) Old Customer — New Business
Accept the combat commission from Rain and complete Night Rain's Request: Phantom Battle I and Night Rain's Request: Phantom Battle II.
Hollow Exploration Guide
28) Outer Ring Speed Legend
In The Race From Which a Hero was Born [Chapter 4 > Story Commission], complete the Hollow section in under 150 seconds. Complete the riding mode within 2 minutes and 30 seconds. The race is nearing its end when your character mentions that the road is getting narrower.
29) Perfect Drift
In The Race From Which a Hero was Born [Chapter 4 > Story Commission], crash into less than 5 obstacles on the road. Obstacles are those things that can stagger you on the bike if you crash into them like the fallen tree and boxes.
I got this on the first try and honestly, I feel like I crashed onto lots of stuff, but still got the achievements. So the game probably counts only certain things as 'obstacles'.
30) Appon and Ono
In the Beginning of the Journey, take a photo with Appon and Koyano, who are about to set off, and give them the picture.
This one is a pretty long quest so look below for all the instructions on how to complete the commission and get the achievement.
First of all, in the evening, teleport to the Lower Level and talk to Ono and Old Demir to get the Combat Commission [Wilderness Pursuit].
In the commission, you need to save Appon from enemies. After that, you will automatically get the next quest [A Distant Cry for Help]. Continue following the navigation to talk to Appon and Ono at the Lower Level (anytime except midnight). This will complete said quest but there's a continuation!
Go to the next afternoon and teleport to Officer Mewmew to find Appon once again to start another commission called [Beginning of the Journey]. This one is simple, all you need to do is follow the quest navigation and take a picture of Appon and Ono to complete the commission and get the medal.
31) Efficient Jailbreak Comes With Fireworks
In Redemption in the Rock Quarry, consecutively detonate 10 bombs hidden in the mine. You need to complete different quests first before you can get Redemption in the Rock Quarry commission.
First of all, in the evening, teleport to the Lower Level and talk to Ono and Old Demir to get the Combat Commission [Wilderness Pursuit].
After you get the quest [A Distant Cry for Help]. Continue following the navigation to talk to Appon and Ono at the Lower Level (anytime except midnight). This will complete said quest and you will get an Officer Mewmew medal BUT there's a continuation!
On the next evening, teleport to the Lower Level and you can see Ono and Appon beside the wannabe 141 Convenience Store. Talk to them and you will finally get the Special Commission [Redemption in the Rock Quarry].
Inside the commission, you will be using a Jackhammer to destroy rock obstacles. Inside some of the rock obstacles, there will be bombs that will explode if you try to destroy the rocks (can be seen by the red icon on the top right of the TV, it can be either a trap or the bomb).
Starting at the TV that I circled above, keep drilling using the jackhammer (there's only one way so just follow the TV) until you reach the most bottom.
