5.4 Banners
According to leaks, the first half of 5.4's banner will feature the debut of the new 5-star character, Mizuki, alongside the return of the 5-star character Sigewinne.
The other half will return the 5-star characters Furina and Wriothesley.
Additionally, it's reported that the 4-star characters Mika, Gorou, Sayu, and Chongyun will also appear as support characters.
Phase 1：Mizuki & Sigewinne
Mizuki
Mizuki is a 5-star Anemo support character from Inazuma, and her design is inspired by the "Dream-Eating Baku" from Inazuma's legends. She serves as a psychological therapist in the region and works part-time at a hot spring resort.
Her Elemental Skill allows her to enter the "Dream Float State," where she levitates and deals Anemo damage to enemies. Additionally, this ability enhances the spread reaction damage of her teammates based on her Elemental Mastery. Her Elemental Burst will summon a small Baku to restore HP or deals Anemo AOE damage.

Sigewinne
Sigewinne is a 5-star Hydro character, titled "Wondrous Dragonheir." She is Melusine and the Fortress of Meropide's head nurse, characterized by a pair of adorable horns on her head. Her personality is gentle, kind, and thoughtful, with a caring nature.
Sigewinne excels as a sustained AOE healing support. She is well-suited for teams that revolve around Furina, quick swaps, or relay-based setups. Her passive talent provides automatic healing underwater, giving her an advantage in underwater exploration in the open world.
Phase 2: Furina & Wriothesley
Furina
Furina is a 5-star Hydro character. As a being transformed from a pure water spirit, she has separated her divinity from her personality, embodying the persona of Furina de Fontaine to serve as the god in the hearts of the people of Fontaine.
Funnina excels as a support character and also has secondary DPS potential. She provides exceptional back-end damage amplification and works particularly well in synergy with Neuvillette, unleashing immense power when paired with them!
Wriothesley
Wriothesley is a 5-star Cryo character from Fontaine, regarded as the top Cryo main DPS in the current version. He has gray-black hair and ice-blue eyes, with a strong build and typically wears a black and gray suit.
In terms of strength, Leo Sly is a sustained on-field main DPS. At 0-Constellation, when his HP falls below 60%, his normal attack damage is increased by 50%, and he can regenerate health. His 1-Constellation unlocks the ability to seamlessly battle solo, normalizing charged attacks and granting self-healing. At full Constellations, his overall damage is significantly boosted. His flexibility in team compositions allows him to fit into various setups, including Pyro melt, Pure freeze, and Hydro permafrost teams.
