Honkai Star Rail 3.2 Anniversary Banner and Rerun Reveals

This highly anticipated patch will introduce two new 5-star characters: Castorice and Anaxa. But that’s not all—the latest leaks reveal that Fugue and Acheron (the 2nd Anniversary character) will also be featured in rerun banners!

HSR 3.2 Character Schedule

Aside from the two new 5-star characters highlighted in the 3.2 banner, several 5-star and 4-star characters will rerun in two stages, as illustrated below.

Phase 1

New 5-star: Castorice (Quantum, Remembrance)

Rerun 5-star: Acheron (Lightning, Nihility), Jiaoqiu (Fire, Nihility), Fugue (Fire, Nihility)

HSR 3.2 Banner New Characters

The new characters introduced in the Golden Epic Trailer showcase some fresh faces to the Trailblazer's journey. According to leaks, the Version 3.2 banners will feature two new 5-star characters: Castorice and Anaxa.

Castorice

Castorice is a 5-star limited Quantum character in HSR 3.2, following the Path of Remembrance. She made her stunning debut in the Golden Epic Trailer as one of the legendary heroes of Amphroeus, captivating players with her enigmatic aura and unique abilities. In battle, Castorice summons a powerful Dragon Memosprite to fight alongside her, blending offensive power with supportive utility. Her versatile kit has garnered significant attention, but it has also undergone major adjustments in Beta v3, including changes to her skills, Talents, Traces, and Eidolons. Anaxa

Like Castorice, Anaxa stands as one of the legendary heroes of Amphoreus in Honkai: Star Rail. This upcoming 5-star Wind character follows the Path of Erudition and is slated to debut in Version 3.2, Phase 2. Anaxa’s kit shines with multi-target damage capabilities, paired with the ability to apply Weaknesses to enemies, making him a versatile DPS with impressive support utility.

 

 

HSR 3.2 Release Date

Honkai Star Rail 3.2 is expected to release on Tuesday, April 8th. Due to time lag, the exaxt time for different zones can be check below. For 3.2 special program, it will come on March 28th.

HSR 3.2 Anniversary Events

With the Honkai: Star Rail 3rd anniversary fast approaching, a wave of exciting events is set to celebrate this milestone! Alongside the confirmed first top-up bonus reset, recent leaks hint at some of the biggest updates coming in Version 3.2. Keep reading to dive into these thrilling changes and stay ahead of the game!

*Note: The following information is based on all existing leaks; nevertheless, it is incomplete, so do follow LDshop for updates!

 

Banner Changes -- Customising your 50/50 Loss Pool.

Right now, the 50/50 loss pool is 7 standard characters

Based on Sakura Haven, from 3.2 onwards, instead there will be a "Group" of characters you can choose from. And these 7 characters from this "Group" that will be used as your 50/50 loss pool.

• When you win 50/50, you get the rateup.
• When you lose 50/50, you get a character from your pool that you customised.

In other words, the pool mechanic works as follows,

• The official provides an extended character choices: A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/I
• Players need to choose 7 characters of those to form a personalized pool.

Example: You choose A/B/C/D/E/F/G, other players may choose C/D/E/F/G/H/I. Although you both chose seven of them, you have a different individual selection.

A more specific explanation: If you've choice Seele, Luocha, Silver wolf, Blade, Jing Yuan, Kafka and Jingliu in the total pool - When you pulled on like tribbie's banner and failed the 50/50, you'd get one of those 7 characters rather then the standard banner 5 stars.

*Note: Now the group itself will start off with the 7 standards ＋ A Selection of Limited Characters. This system should also be linked to the Store with the Character Item and Light Cone ltem mentioned above.

Additional Info:

• The Loss pool is just for the Limited Character Banner, not the LC and Standard banners.
• What characters are contained remains unknown. It could be the standard character or a limited selection of limited characters.
• This mechanic may imply that the characters added to the store and loss pool will no longer be rerun since they have become "Psuedo-Standard," despite being limited.
• Once the characters are added to the shop or loss pool, they remain there indefinitely. (Unless Hoyo change their own regulations). Additions will not be included in every X patch; rather, they will be made whenever Hoyo decides to.
• This does not indicate a boost.
• Players cannot add the same character to the pool several times.

 

Spending Events

This is an event celebrating the HSR Anniversary.Essentially, you start with a free gift and earn a personal "milestone reward" for every X shards spend. The final reward for this should be an assortment of unique cosmetics.

 

New Story NPC

This character who looks a bit like castorice is said to be his sister Polyxena (potential En name). And She might appear in the story line as an important NPC.

 

HSR Artbook

HSR Artbook will be published in April 2025. The price is $13.5. It contains artwork, drafts, background stories, and settings of HSR characters appearing in these four worlds (Herta Space Station, Belobog, XianZhou Luofu, and Penacony).

 

New Bundles

Some new bundles will be released for Anniversary, including a Playstation-exclusive bundle and a new one-time purchase bundle! The latter is a daily prize bundle, however it will consist of Special Passes and a few extra minor goods.There should be some more bundles to purchase!

 

HSR 3.2 New Items

According to Sakura Haven, two new items -- Character and Light Cone Item -- will be added in HSR 3.2.

Character Item

Character Item is comparable to Undying Starlight, but is exclusive to this new Character Shop, which features a limited selection of 5-star characters for purchase. In a 2:1 system, they can be exchanged for five-star characters.

You get Character Item by pulling dupes of any 5-Star Character after they have reached E6.

 

Light Cone Item

Light Cone Item is comparable to Undying Starlight but is exclusive to this new LC Shop, which offers a limited variety of 5-star LCs for purchase. They can be redeemed for 5-star LCs in a 4:1 system.

You obtain LC Items through purchased BP and other sources, not through S5.

 

*Note: Characters and LCs are both part of the same "set", therefore for example, if Seele is added, both she and her LC will be added to the character shop and LC shop seperately. The character selection in both the Shop and the Loss pool will be the same. This will be permanent, which means that the shop and loss pool will remain even after 3.2.
