Skill Priority
As mentioned earlier, Brant’s core abilities focus on damage and survivability. To optimize his performance, it’s recommended that upgrades be prioritized in this order: Forte Circuit > Resonance Liberation > Resonance Skill > Normal Attack > Intro Skill. Forte Circuit and Resonance Liberation are two important skills for Brant to boost both his damage and healing ability, while Resonance Skill and Normal Attack offer additional damage potential. Outro Skill’s damage is the least priority for maximizing his effectiveness.

Obviously the best weapon for Brant is his signature weapon. The stats given by Brant's signature is the same as Shorekeeper's weapon who also has a heavy ER scaling, seems to be something that the healers have in common.
The passive will give 8% CRIT Rate and after casting Resonance Liberation, basic attack DMG is increased by 24% for 10s. When casting a Basic ATK, it will be additionally increased by 24% for 4s. So it is just the standard 48% damage bonus that we are very much used to with our weapons.

Recommended Sequences
Sequence1
When using Forte skill, it will temporarily reduce the movement speed of enemies. When using it on and performing your intro skill or doing a flip after a mid-air basic, will give Brant 20% universal DMG bonus stacking up 3 times.
Honestly, this is an incredibly strong sequence, it is a way better version of Changli's S1, which is just there to give convenience, but Brant takes convenience and then also turns it into a 60% damage bonus.
Sequence2
His S2 will increase the CRIT Rate of his mid-air attack and his Forte skill by 30% and performing intro skill will mark a target for 20s. This mark will explode when they take skill DMG, triggering once per second and dealing Fusion DMG equal to 440 of Brant's attack. This is considered basic attack DMG and can explode up to 2 times.
This seems to just be more synergy with Changli because it is specifically triggered with skill DMG, but it's not like it's locked to Changli. Brant's skill only has a 4s cooldown, so he will be able to trigger both of these, even if you are running him as a hyper carry.
Sequence3
The S3 will increase the damage multiplier of his Forte skill by 42%, not the most incredible sequence. But considering how strong his S1 and S2 were, this is honestly pretty fair for S3.

His mid-air attack multipliers increased by 30% and when you cast a Forte skill, it will generate an explosion dealing Fusion DMG equal to 30% of the Forte skill, which is also considered basic attack DMG.
While not being like Camellya S6 or maybe not even a Jinsi S6, it is still good if you want to focus on Brant's DMG.

1. Quick Swap Team: Brant + Changli + Sanhua / Encore / Xiangli Yao / Rover
This is a team with 3 DPS and Changli is the bread and butter character for Brant. They just work perfectly together and they're going to have a beautiful dance when it comes to the damage they can do with that Fusion DMG and Resonance Skill. The compositions of 3 DPS can greatly enhance the team's DPS damage potential.
2. Team 2: Brant + Jiyan + Verina
